Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Please note, we only accept returns of unused, undamaged Products, with original packaging, tags and marks intact. Missing accessories, damaged or negligently packaged Products will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your package has arrived, you should open and examine it to make sure that the Products meet your order. If you wish to return a Product inform us as soon as possible, and avoid removing the tags, altering, or washing the Product or its packaging.
You may return an unused Product for any reason whatsoever, undamaged and in its original packing, within 7 days as of delivery. You may not return any Products after 7 days or more as of delivery.
To process your return and refund your order, we require a receipt or equivalent proof of purchase.
Any Product not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be returned or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours.
